Summer Activities and excursions

Husky Walk with local lunch (KS28)

• Duration: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Price: NOK 690 - per person (Minimum 2 persons). Children under 12 years NOK 340.-
• Family Rate: a minimum of 2 adults, 2 children: 1.600, -
• Includes: transport Kirkenes, guide, visit to the kennel, local lunch with juice and coffee or tea.

Visit our very social and affectionate sled dogs in the kennel at Sollia Guest.

One will come into close contact with dogs, and have the opportunity to give them pet snacks, take pictures and greet them. We take any dogs with a small vandringstur to a vantage point where one example can see into Russia. Learn about sled dogs'life and history while enjoying the scenery and the dogs' play around us. The trip to the top takes about 20 min. We end the trip with a local lunch.

Kirkenes Husky safari with wagon

Join us on a husky safari with wagons.

We start out from the museum at the first lake and run along the next lakes, in light fore stand on good roads. There is room for two persons per vehicle, so you must be prepared to help. Experience the interaction between yourself and the dogs and enjoy the great nature in the area. This is a nice introduction for those who want to try something new with huskies!

Husky Safari on wheels

Join us on a husky safari wagon.

Pick up by appointment, and we drive to a suitable place to start out with the carts. These are for two persons per vehicle, so you must be preparet to drive you self. Experience the interaction between yourself and the dogs and enjoy the great nature.

Husky training

• Time: 1000 AM - 1700 PM
• Number of participants: max. 5 people
• Tours included: Transport, husky tour

• Price: NOK 2.250.- per person

Join us on training huskys before winter comes.

Pick up by appointment, and we drive to a suitable place to start out with wagons. We train huskys in Pasvik, where we train huskies in large and small groups. This is a tough experience for those who like a work out. Guaranteed a great experience, to feel the interaction between yourself and the dogs and enjoy the great nature.

Visit to the husky kennel

• Duration: approx. 1 hour / by appointment
• Price: NOK 100.- pr. person. / Children under 12 years half price

Visit us at our kennel with over 40 Alaskan Huskies. You for a tour, see and touch both huskies and sled expedition. Maybe we have puppies when you arrive?! This isgreat experience for both large and small , individualsand groups .

Fishing Tours

• Duration: 10.00-16.00
• Price: NOK 690.- per person (Minimum 2 people)
• Family Rate: a minimum of 2 adults, 2 children NOK 1.600. -
• Includes: transport Kirkenes, a guided hike in the mountains, fishing, fishing equipment.

Jaccuzi and sauna

• Duration: about 4 hours. Time arranged.
• Price: NOK 1.150.- per person
• Includes: transport Kirkenes, free use of facilities, towel and 3-course dinner
• Note: swimwear is required.

Look into the beautiful natural setting on the Russian side of the border, while enjoying thethe feeling of of sitting in the steaming hot bubble bath ,just a stone's throw from Russia . Are you a "Viking", you can bathe in the snow in the winter, before you enter the wonderful sauna. After use, enjoy life, with reindeer skins to sit on and bjørkebål creating genuine Lapland atmosphere.

Relax resort has an outdoor hot tub with stereo system, sitting area, fireplace, sauna, shower and wardrobe. Bar / restaurants opened on request. The evening concluded with an exclusive 3-course dinner in Gapahuken restaurant where local dishes such as crab, filet of reindeer and cloudberries often a part of the menu.
